“I met her in London when I was working on my first book, Starart. She was a huge help to me during the several weeks I was there working on Cat Stevens’s section and also picking up some of Klaus Voormann’s artwork. She is one of the people that I honored in Everybody I Shot Is Dead. She was an amazing person.
